I suggest reading over the forums on MacThemes. Some people post their own mods there for various UI elements of OS X, however what must be emphasized is that these theme installers overwrite the existing elements in OS X. And typically they should ONLY be used on the exact version of OS X that they are certified for, or you risk damaging your system files.

Please verify and include the exact model/year of your Mac and OS X version number (available from "About This Mac", then "More Info" on the Apple menu).
