Intermittent Noise

Hi could any one please tell me what this intermittent noise is,apple have looked at it & said there is no problem

As far as the noise, are you referring to the click noise? It doesn't seem to be very frequent over a minute and half video. How long has it been there? When did it start? Can you localize it on your Mac?
