    Ibook Motion Sensor.........
    is there any cool apps around that use the motion sensor in the new ibooks to good effect?

    no cause the motion sensor locks your hard drive so why would you want it to do that

    Actually, the sensor can be used for other things as well (it only locks the harddrive at certain speeds)...

    There is a dashboard water-level widget I heard about somewhere somewhere...

    There is a way to use it as a controller for that crappy game where you roll the ball that comes with OS X. You just tilt the laptop the directions you want it to roll.

    Cool, someone should make a widget that when your laptop is moved shouts 'HELP I'M BEING MOVED' 'PUT ME DOWN' 'ARRRRR' 'I"M GETTING DIZZY'. Very useful. :cool:
