Scrolling function on the touchpad?

I'm new to Macs- Just got an iBook G4. I really like it so far aside from the keyboard/screen thing (see the other post on this page)

On some PCs with the touch pad you can set them so that the far right side of the touchpad functions as a scroll. Can you do this on an iBook? I looked through the settings and didn't see anything.
