I have found a 12" PB 1.5ghz and it was purchased in March 2005. They dont think that they have the original receipt for it. Would I be able to get Applecare on it since it is within the first year. Would I just be able to give Apple the serial number on it?

If I remember correctly, when you register your Powerbook for Applecare, they simply ask you for the laptop's serial number (found on the packaging). You won't need your receipt.
QUOTE Thanks
