Bluetooth Pim Syncing...

I just bought a Motorola RAZR V3 cell phone. It is bluetooth enabled. I have an iBook running OS X3.9.

I want to sync my contacts and calendar from either Entourage or Address Book and iCal with the phone. But I can't figure out how to do it. The Apple support page says it's possible from iSync 2.1 but I only have version 1.5. Do I need to upgrade to Tiger to Sync? I can't imaging loading the phone one contact at a time or manually for that matter.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.
