Hi,
Last problem of the year. I installed a lot of fonts a friend gave me. after that my laptop slowed down consistently. after that I took the fonts I installed out of the Fonts folder (or at least I tried to do that but I couldn't remember all the fonts names i installed). I've heard it could be a problem with Permissions, so I run Disk Utility trying to sort the problem out but nothing changed. Has anybody got an idea of what else could have happened? or a way to sort it out?? I run 10.3.9, does the system support 'rebuilding the desktop' and if yes how do I do that? hope somebody has got a clue! ah, happy new year!!! G |
