Just bought 1.5ghz powerbook, how to turn on keyboard backlit?

I went into keyboard and mouse options and didnt see anything in there to turn on the backlit on the keyboard. I have a 1.5ghz 15" powerbook. thx

On the 17" it's F8 to turn it on and off, then F9 and F10 to turn it up and down. However, it'll only work in the dark.

yep same on the 15" just hit F8 when it is in the dark and you can turn they backlight on and off.

I took my PB into apple, and they couldnt even turn it on. Maybe I dont have it, although i have the sybols on the F keys

I'd use Windows... but I like the Mac OS more.

All of the powerbooks have the buttons, but just because they have the buttons doesn't mean you have the backlit keyboard
