Macbook Air mid 2012 shutdown freeze

Sometimes, not everytime! My mba freezes when i shut it down or restart.
It turns off the screen and keeps working, but never does anything else. So I have to press the power button and hold it. The other times it is very slow turning off!

When restarted it shows a report of kernell issue.

I believe it might be a software issue, since my brothers aur has te same problem.

Mba spec: 13" model 2012
1.8 ghz i5
4 gb ram
128 gb ssd

I've repaired disk permissions, reseted smc control, didnt solve it.

I've been playing Diablo 3 and I have a Steelseries Diablo mouse, but it cant be it!
