I'm running a 12 or 14 inch white Macbook (version 1.6.8) and I'd like to add more RAM to my laptop. Is there a limit to how much RAM I could put on my computer?

Can't tell you without knowing the exact model MacBook you have.

There were approximately 21 different MacBook models available between 2006 & 2010.
