Why am i getting so slow speed on my macbook pro with SSD(speedtest image included)

i remember reading some were a while back that after install of new SSD , do a cleanup of startup disk? was it that or something else ? I have trim enabled with trim Enabler .

SSD i have is M4 Crucial
