In my Macbook Air, the "sound" icon and its control bar froze. In zero sound position. Went to my preference panel and sought our "sound". It shows the "mute" check mark on the output screen. Frozen grey. No response to the mouse. Anyone got a similar experience or a suggestion? I am clear out of my 1 yr guarantee and the 1-800 support service.
