The other night I was working on my macbook pro and I spilled some wine on the keyboard now only parts of my keyboard light.
Can I fix this or do I have to take it into my apple store for repair?

Well, the keyboard assembly needs to be replaced - so if you're comfortable tearing the entire machine down (assuming it's a Unibody MacBook Pro), then yeah, you can probably do it yourself.
Otherwise, you're looking at an AASP or Apple Store repair. I'd recommend getting a second opinion after you get the Apple Store quote as they tend to be on the high side.Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
