(Looked around with the search button but didn't found what i needed so i made a new thread)

Hello guys, as the tittle says, my new macbook air have this "network accounts are unavailable" and i can't do anything. All i know is that my wife let my daughter use the notebook to watch netflix. Shut it down when they finished and when i fire it up i got the surprise.
Any ideas on what can i do?
i dont have any ID and Pass to log in. and i tried my apple id and pass and nothing.
Thanks for any help.
QUOTE Thanks
