I have a macbook air and was thinking about buying GTA Vice City from the App Store on the Mac. Can I use some sort of gaming controller to play the game? If so, what do you guys/gals recommend? Thanks

Xbox controllers seem to be the best. You can use either the wireless (with the PC adapter) or the USB model.

Are you sure your MBA can run Vice City? You should check the system requirements.

Currently running OS X 10.8.2

I think it can, it ran COD 3 just fine. I have a USB Xbox controller at home I could use. Thanks for the reply.

Vice City plays fine on my Core 2 duo old iMac and decent on my Macbook 2007.

I only use a controller for missions where you fly a plane or helicopter. What works great for me is a Logitech I paid $24.99 at Best Buy. Feels and works great,

You have to set up the buttons and controls in GTA VC Setup. Easy to do.

I have won it now 3x on my iMac and Macbook. Great port of the game to OSX!

Thanks for the great feedback, how do I got about setting up the controller?
