Hey the other day I turned my mac on and saw these popups....they come up and are VERY annoying. I do not know where they came from or how they got on my MAC but I need to do something about it. Here are the photos:

2nd question. How do i fully UNinstall a application/program from my mac?

You installed LittleSnitch. That is part of the Little Snitch monitoring system. You'll have to run the Little Snitch installer to remove it.

stretch...thanks but i uninstalled it using trash...and still getting popups?
do you know of a programs that I can use that will identify it and delete it ?
currently im using appcleaner and cannot track it down

Little Snitch will not uninstall by the usual drag to trash method. If you don't have the installer anymore, redownload it and run it to uninstall it.
