2007 Macbook to HdTv

I have search about this but most results are old. I am trying to connect my 2007 macbook with snow leopard to my Hdtv plasma. I keep reading about dvi this port that mini this. Can someone tell me the EASIEST way to make this happen? Do they make a minidvi to hdmi? Thanks so much for the help
