Can anybody recommend a USB internet stick that works anywhere including Vietnam?

I doubt that it's exactly what you're looking for, but I'd recommend PDANet, I've used it on both my BlackBerry and my iPhone. That is, if you can't find what you need. I can't really help with what you need here, other than that.
