Hello

Can someone please point me in the direction of a free software for my macbook pro 2011 running Lion, i need to change some wording on a brochure that is a pdf doc,i am new to Mac so not sure where to go looking..loving the mac by the way windows is history for me now Lol

Libre office can do some editing of PDF files. Just download it and open a PDF file, it used its Draw presentation package to open and edit PDFs
