I have had this problem a while after reinstalling OS on my Macbook, and almost every time i open my macbook i have to restart my computer.

I dont see any specific program that causes this, except when i open the computer from sleep mode.

Can anyone help me?

According to the KP report:

BSD process name corresponding to current thread: Spotlight
However, that doesn't necessarily mean Spotlight is causing the kernel panics. It could be something else and that's where it occurred. Kernel panics are usually associated with hardware faults but can also be caused by software.

Read through this: How to resolve kernel panics.
