    Uninstall files in Launchpad

I have uninstall shortcuts in my launch pad that I want rid of.

How do I get them off the launch pad?

Launchpad reads your Applications folder so if you don't want something to show up in Launchpad, don't put it in your Applications folder (note though that some apps need to be in the Applications folder). A better solution however would be to simply create a folder in Launchpad and put all the apps in there that you don't want to see.
