I have never seen something like that before unless it was an issue with the actual screen itself (which obviously it's not since it shows up on the screenie).

Have you tried calling customer support?

Stupid question: Does it happen when you're not using Opera or only when you are?

I have something like this happen, but its only in iPhoto. So I switched to Aperture.

Maybe reset your PRAM? Not sure about it. Or reinstall Lion
