We just have normal terrestrial service at home with no cable coverage.

Can I use the powerbook to get any extra tv services and if so what do I need and what do I need to know?

I don't know do you?

Ok now that I'm done making fun of your grammar, you will need to buy and EyeTV (a search at apple.com's store will bring it up). If you have a 15"+ you might be able to find a TV tuner card.

Why make fun of someone's grammar? I don't see anyone making fun of your spelling/typing.

In the UK you can receive digital TV signals using one of these:

I'm not sure if you can do the same thing in the states!

After the word buy where the word "AND" is, what you should say is "AN", since we are making fun of people, I thought I would just point that out. Enjoy your day.

There were no hard feelings felt. My grammar is normally of good standard(mostly). However, if I remember correctly at the time of the OP I was very tired after a long day and had already hit the burgundy with vengeance.

Thank you for the answers to the original Q'
