I want to delete that backup.

Can i delete it?
if i delete will it affect my mac?
Where can i delete that backup(Mean which Partition)

ahh you have the same issue I had, I made a thread about it there you can read the replies on how to fix it

local backups staying in HDD

do you have a time machine backup? nothing bad happens if you delete it but you should back up everything anyway.
