Are the 85W chargers for the newer MacBook Pro's smaller than the ones for the older (2007) models or are they the same size? If smaller in size, is there any problem inter-changing them as long as they are both 85W?

I'd like a smaller brick if there is one plus I like the "bent" mag-safe connection vs the straight one.

Thanks!

yes, the new one is smaller in size and lighter, it is interchangeable with 85w, you are fine, the 'bent' type came out with 2010 model.
