Hi,

I put my Macbook pro to sleep after class and 2 hours later tried to use it. However its not turning on but the indicator light is on and I know the battery is at approximately 80%. When I tried to plug it in for charging, the charger light does show but its not very bright. I have had this for 10 months and hasn't given me problems before. What can I do?
QUOTE Thanks

It may either be a defective MagSafe adapter charger unit or the battery. Since your machine is still under warranty, make an appointment with your local Apple store genius and have them check it out for you.
