I been searching on the iBook vs. PowerBook topic and I think I can save my self some money by buying the iBook but I have a few more questions.
Can I plug in a second monitor, like this 19" BenQ for example, for a dual monitor setup? Will I be able to use it at it's native 1280x1024 resolution? |

Yes using Screen Spanning Doctor which is a patch or hack if you prefer: http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/15401 or http://www.rutemoeller.com/mp/ibook/ibook_e.html Once you go to span mode it will recognize the native resolution on that monitor once you choose that setting.
