I was wondering if someone could help me out and try and figure why I had to restart my computer? It has been rather slow lately and right before it had to be restarted it was pretty hot and kind of loud. I wasn't doing much, only had a few internet windows open on Safari. My MacBook Pro laptop is about 4 or 5 years old. I would really appreciate anyones help!
