What are some cool accessories or items to buy for the 13" MacBook Pro?
Not App wise, but materialistic wise.

Thank you

The options listed by "lifeisabeach" are all great.

If your on a budget i would head to Amazon.com: Online Shopping for Electronics, Apparel, Computers, Books, DVDs & more and check out some of these cheap but nice accessories

Speck Case
Keyboard Protector

They come in matching colors and it makes your Macbook look pretty cool as well as adds protection
