Just a quick Q. I have a 2008 black Macbook 2.4 C2D w 4G RAM. I want to upgrade the drive to an SSD, just wondering what connection type I need to source?
I'm hoping to get an Intel 320 120G SSD, but it's SATA2 - I have no idea what type of HD connection is inside my MB, so maybe I should figure this out before I spend any coin.
Can anybody help?

- iMac, i7 4GHz, 32GB memory, 1TB Flash Storage, OS X.12.4.
SATA II is correct,. Older machines have trouble trying to run with the faster 6GB connection. For what it is worth, have a look at OWC SSD. They are Mac specialists. These are the SATA II models:-
