New Macbook Pro Problem!I just got a Macbook Pro a week or so ago, and I love it. However it's a VERY expensive computer and I've wanted it FOREVER... soooo I'm pretty freaked out although this is only a minor thing and has only happened twice. But twice my computer has frozen & then one of the times when I tried to turn it back on a blue screen came? So I closed the computer and walked away and it seems to be fine now. But what's up with this lol?

Hard to say anything good out from your description of the problem. Is the issue reproduce-able?
Tried software update?

I don't know which OS I'm running it's a new macbook pro so whichever one came on it Haha The blue screen happens when I tried to turn it back on it would start & then turn blue & then I closed the computer, went away, opened it a half hour or so later & it was fine. I installed all the updates I know of or whatever the day I got the computer haha.

UPDATE: I have snowleopard & have downloaded updates, when I try to turn on the computer it gets stuck on a light blue screen. If I close it & come back & open it, it's fine, BUT if i just leave it open it remains frozen on that blue screen. help. me. please. !!

You said it's new, call apple asap. This is not normal, don't try to fix it yourself. Use that warranty. These appear to be the early signs of a bad hard drive.

And backup any critical data (photos etc) while you still have a chance.
I've always wanted to be smart, handsome and modest. But, I guess I'll have to be satisfied with two out of three . . .

Check in on that warranty, seriously.
And if you're running SL, I'd consider upgrading to Lion since you can do it for free.
