Macbook pro startup Problem

Suddenly today my macbook has startup problems (look at the youtube video)

i made a youtube video to show:

YouTube - ‪MacBook pro startup problem‬‏

-i can startup with a disc
-i already did a harddisk repair
-i already did a full backup restore with time machine
-i can startup with windows

Does anybody know the problem? or a fix?
