    Is the logic board apple Number 661-4709 the same as Number 820-2279-A.?
    Will 820-2279-A work in an early 2008 Macbook 2.4ghz Penryn.?? gordonlock

    Generally, logic boards can not be swapped around unless it's from the exact same year and model machine. As to those part numbers, you'll probably need to get access to some manuals or maybe by asking an authorized Mac reseller and repair.
