dvd stuck in superdrive

i've got a dvd stuck in my superdrive. it there any way to get it out without having to take it to, lets say comp usa (closest apple store/dealer)?

Restart the computer and hold down the mouse button, if that doesn't work click on the link above as deus ex machina provided this could be helpfull.
