good software to read .jpg files(manga)

Just recently i d/l some manga on MBP. On windows, it can automatically organize them and i can just click left arrow to go to next page. is there any software i can use so i can read them more easily then clicking next .jpg?

I just use Preview to read all my Walking Dead comics. I just highlight all the pages and open them up. They are all organised and I just click the right or down button to skip to the next page.
