    Specs:
    Macbook 13-inch Mid 2007 | 2.0GHz Core 2 Duo | 3GB Ram | 250GB Hard Drive | 2nd Hard Drive 80GB
    Question Is this normal??
    My fan is running at about 5000rpm. Will this ruin my fan? Its like the most of the day. Whats a dangerous rmp for the fan to run at?

    What are you doing when it's running that high? If you're not doing anything processor intensive - try an SMC reset

    well im using istat menus as you can see. But now it just went down to 1500 rpm, i guess it goes us and down what smc reset though?

    It depends on what you're doing. If you're watching a You-Tube video at one point (a demanding task which will increase the cpu/gpu temps & fan speed)...and then posting on Mac-Forums the next moment (less demanding, so lower cpu/gpu temps)...and thus your fan speed will decrease.

    Sounds like things are normal from the info given.
