I don't know I post this topic in the right place as this is the first time I come and write.

When I do google search, for image, D.N. Angel (An anime), I want to find wallpaper for mac...

I find and find, and I click one of the photo, suddenly the mac sounded 'caution', saying my mac got virus, something like Trojan o.o....

So I dunno click what, then it install something like 'Mac Scan', i use it, it detected some virus, 1 from safari, other dunno, will scan again if you guys told me to.... After scanning, it got say want to clean up or not, i wan press clean up but nid register, pay money >.<....

So I don't know what to do...

THE WORST THING IS, after I got this virus, Safari keep pops up **** website T^T..... WHAT SHOULD I DO!!! I FEEL SO EMBARRASSING!!! T^T.....

BTW, I'm new to mac book pro, so..... PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! T^T ASAP!!!! T^T

DO NOT PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS IN.

you dont have a virus, this is just trying to scare you into buying the product.

restart your Mac in safe mode, and delete "MACDefender" or whatever its called, from your start up items, and from your applications folder. Use "Appzapper" to uninstall the program properly.

never put your password into something you dont know.

the program is the virus.

it is redirecting you to porn sites to convince you that you have one.

boot up while holding shift. this will boot into safe mode. then delete "MacGuard from your applications folder and your startup items.

AppZapper - The uninstaller Apple forgot.

use this, and it will delete any extra associated files linked to MacGuard.
