Macbook7,1 13" 2.4GHz Core2Duo 10.6.6 2GB DDR3 RAM 120GB HD.
The battery lights up appropriately Magsafe is not lit Machine will not boot on battery or powered, nothing ![]() History: 1. Yesterday I cleaned the keyboard while machine was on; much activity while cleaning the keyboard Guess I should have cleaned it while off.2. Machine boots normally, but after a minute or two I get a message - something like "... some permission to shutdown ...". If I said 'cancel' I could go on for a while until the next message. If I did not say 'cancel' the mchine would shutdown. 3. Looked up the issue on Google. One suggesting was that I remove the battery, unplug the power cord and click on the power button for 30 seconds. 4. Put batterty back in. Machine dead! |
