Hi, can anyone help me please. After turning on my laptop this morning the separate 24" screen doesn't want to connect - it sort of makes a clicking sound! Any ideas, I have tried turning off/on, changing usb outlet... Thanks MRC

How is the monitor connected? You mentioned USB? We need more details about your machine and the monitor.
