Hi gang,

I'm just about to buy my 2011 Macbook Pro 15in and as always I like to wrap up my investment the moment I remove it from the box. This is going to be my first experience with a Mac computer. Being that I am a Mac noob, I see it fit to gather insight from the veterans of this world I am entering...

Things I know I want:

Screen Protector
Case (I like Zagg but I would love a neoprene type material, like a wetsuit)
Carrying case (soft briefcase)

(any specific suggestions as to what brand/style is highest quality & fits my description are appreciated)

Things I don't know I want:

Well here's where I let your experiences inform me of those thoughts I haven't had. Like a Keyboard Protector (if they exist)?

If there are any products that have helped you to ensure the longevity of your computer, please let me know what they are.

Thanks a lot!

I highly recommend this one:

The SportFolio for MacBook Pro from MarWare, $50 to $60 :
Sportfolio for MacBook Pro/Aluminum

It is made of neoprene and has plastic inserts for protection.
