Hi im currently using a macbook (model: macbook 4,1 white), recently ive download steam for mac and have also installed Counter-Strike Source.

But to my dismay, steam tells me that the game does not support my current graphic card (GMA X3100) and i will have to upgrade it in order to play.
So i decided to give a call to my local computer store to see if there are any "mac-based" graphic cards that i could purchase.

The salesman told me that there is no way i could upgrade my current macbook's graphic card. So was wondering are there any other ways i could go about getting this issue fixed.

Thank you so much!

There isn't an issue that needs to be fixed. >_>" The graphics card that you have is the graphics card you have. Can't update it.

Get yourself a Windows Gaming Rig and be done with it.

As suggested above, buy a Windows gaming machine or sell your current MacBook and use whatever money you get from it to buy a new Mac notebook with better graphics.

Sorry, there just realistically isn't any other way.
