anyone have tried using SDXC with mid-2010 MacBook Pro SD card slot yet?

Since SDXC requires a specific hardware/host implementation, so I'm assuming it won't work. So you'll need an external SDXC reader hooked up via USB, and I suppose it's possible the next gen MBPs might have it, though I'm not sure about the availability relative to when they went into the design phase (i.e., they might have missed it or not been interested).
