NEW 15' Inch MBP keeps getting Panic Kernels

I just bought my brand new macbook pro 15 inches 3 days ago, and I have already been getting numerous panic kernels[ aka grey screen of death ]

I have tried repair, checking everything for disk permissions and what not, here is one of my logs

Remove Google Chrome and see if that takes care of it. The machine is crashing as soon as it starts up. See below from Panic Log:

Let us know if that fixes it. If you still have a problem after removing Chrome, it might be a good idea to let Apple deal with it since the machine is new.
