Note: this is rambly, I bolded what I really want to know
so I have had my beloved maccy since September 2008, September 6th. To be exact. I extended my Applecare over the phone because unfortunately due to circumstances - I never installed the actual CD because I forgot.. due to a bunch of other stuff going on. Silly right? ANYWAY,
I was so relieved when they did it over the phone. Recently like in June? I got my keyboard replaced free of charge so I am assumed it was because of Applecare. (because my A key popped off)

So tonight I go to the website and put my serial in and it says my Applecare is expired?! what's the deal? Shouldn't it be good until September 2011? thanks!
or am I mistaken? I can't seem to find how long Applecare is online.

Lastly, the reason I am so concerned is because well ..

If you extended Applecare for 3 years...then yes your Applecare should be good from September, 2008 till September, 2011. If there's a problem... there's really not a whole lot we can do...you need to contact Apple...and straighten it out with them.

Good luck,

- Nick
