My White MacBook (Summer 2008) isn't charging (acc to display), although when plugged in the battery does charge, it just takes longer than normal (almost a whole day to charge 100%).

I spilled water on it 3 months ago in the upper left hand corner near the charger port, and thankfully, my computer still works. I'm thinking of either taking it into the Genius Bar, Best Buy's Geek Squad, or an Apple Authroized Reseller and Repair place since I am no longer under warranty or have Applcare, which would be void in this case anyway.

The charger does not seem to show any damage, orange when charging, bright green when fully charged, and when the computer runs on just the battery it dies faster than normal - in about 3 hours or less. However, it still runs fine not sluggish or anything and I'm actually typing this post from my MacBook right now.

Thoughts on if this is a logic board problem, or a DC-in port problem?

Probably the DC in board. The spill may have caused some corrosion to build up over time. Anyway, the DC in board is inexpensive and fairly easy to swap out yourself. Go to iFixit: The free repair manual, look up your model MB, and you can find the instructions for changing it out. You can also buy the board from them.
