Transfer iTunes from desktop to macbook

How would I transfer my iTunes music from my desktop iMac to my MacBook Pro?

Mac Specs: MBP15" 240gb SSD+128gb SSD, PowerBook17, PowerMacG5, Phone4S 32gb, Phone4 32gb, Galaxy Note 2 80gb.

iggibar is online now
Drag the music from your imac itunes library onto an appropriately sized thumb drive. Then, drag those from the thumb drive onto your macbook pro. Same can be done for apps.
