Hey,

New user, and finally got my hands on a mac book pro. V happy with it, but im moving to barcelona for 3-6 months.

I don't fancy taking my mac without having it insured. Can't go through contents insurance (don't have it) and wanted to know who is a good insurer to look at that will give me world wide cover. Checked out protect your bubble but just wanted to get some decent advice.

hopefully thats where you people come in

Cheers.

SquareTrade | Laptop Insurance Alternative | Laptop Warranty | Laptop extended warranty | Laptop Warranties Squaretrade seems to be pretty good with warranties and stuff, but they do not cover theft.

Computrace LoJack for Laptops Premium Mac - 3 Years - Apple Store (U.S.) LoJack covers theft.

And can you put it under your Homeowner's insurance?

USAF E-2. 1C6X1 - Space Systems Operations. 19 days until BMT.

You really need to look to UK insurance providers for coverage. Even here in the US, many insurance companies will not extend their coverage outside the US. Make sure you read all the fine print before buying a policy.
