The edges of the display on my new MacBook are lighter than the rest of the screen. This is particularly noticeable on a black screen (like when DVD Player is initializing). Is this normal?

Could someone please just pull up a black screen and tell me if your display is lighter in color around the left and right edges? Thanks in advance.
