Dear readers,

I have a 2007 Mac Book Pro model, and I have found batteries to be a constant issue; I believe I am currently on my 3rd one.

My battery is now giving me the following stats in 'coconutBattery':

Current Battery Charge: 0 mAh
Maximum Battery Charge 604 mAh

Current Battery Capacity 604 mAh
Maximum Battery Capacity 5600 mAh

The battery will only last 4 minutes off charge, and so has to be constantly plugged in... and this is only after 130 CYCLES!

This cannot be right surely? I doubt Mac would be willing to give me a new one, but anyone have any ideas/solutions? Aside splashing out on yet another battery of course...

Regards,
Jon.

Where have you been buying your batteries? Are they genuine Apple batteries?

How have you been using them? Be specific here...

Another thing, have you done the calibration on your batteries?
