iBook G4 wont connect to internet

My iBook G4 airport will not connect to our home network. On the status bar, it shows that it has full bars. However, when I go into Safari it wont load any page and says "You are not connected to the Internet." I have tried network Diagnostics and tried system preferences and everything. I know it isn't my network that is the problem because I can connect my iPod Touch to my wifi and it works just fine. Any ideas?

How are you connected to the Internet? What is the brand and model of the WiFi Router?
Are you using Encryption on the Wifi and if so, what type? WEP? WPA?
What OS version is on the iBook?...Dennis
